Meet the Chief Administrative Officer
Addison Howard serves as the Chief Administrative Officer, bringing more than ten years of experience in behavioral health, mental health, and substance use treatment. His background includes roles as a Residential Director, Director of Admissions, Office Administrator, Case Manager, and behavioral management trainer. This diverse experience has given him a strong understanding of both client care and the operational systems that make effective treatment possible.
With a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Addison blends technical skill with hands‑on behavioral health experience. He enjoys applying logic, structure, and thoughtful design to improve workflows, support staff, and ensure programs run smoothly behind the scenes.
Addison is proud to be part of an organization driven by purpose and community impact. His approach to leadership is shaped by a powerful moment from his own life. During a period of homelessness, a man offered him a safe place to sleep. When Addison asked why he was helping, the man replied, “We all have to help each other. That is the only way this works.” Addison carries this teaching with him, reminding himself and those around him that even when we think we have nothing we have something to offer, grounding his work in compassion, humanity, and the belief that collective care is essential to healing.
