Licensed Therapist

Qualifications:
Associate or individually licensed therapist in Arizona
Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
5 years of experience in Behavioral Health or relevant field
Be able to pass a background check with valid level 1 fingerprint card
Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and addiction recovery
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to work with computer programs such as Microsoft teams, excel, powerpoint, and word
Preferred SEP, EMDR, IFS, or similar specialized training
Responsibilities:
A licensed behavioral health therapist is responsible for providing counseling and therapy to individuals, families, or groups to address emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and behavioral needs
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Offer crisis intervention during emergencies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care
Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and coping strategies
Maintain detailed and confidential client records
Stay updated on therapeutic techniques and research
Utilize therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Behavioral Health Technicians

Qualifications
Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health
At least 1 year of sobriety
Knowledge of 12 steps self-help groups (AA, NA, HA etc.)
Valid Driver’s License and ability to provide 3-year MVD report
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to manage administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality
No history of violent/sexual crimes
Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to residents, helping them maintain sobriety and adjust to communal living.
Oversee the upkeep of the facility, including scheduling repairs, grocery shopping, and maintaining cleanliness.
Ensure residents adhere to house rules, such as curfews and sobriety requirements.
Address emergencies or conflicts among residents.
Maintain accurate records of resident activities and progress.
Connect residents with local resources, such as support groups or employment opportunities.
Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by healthcare professionals
Monitor patients' behavior and document observations
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients
Help patients with daily activities, such as eating, dressing, or bathing
Organize therapeutic and recreational activities
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Intervene in crisis situations and ensure patient safety
Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care
