EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a trauma-focused therapy that helps individuals process painful experiences and reduce emotional distress. Our certified clinician offers EMDR in a safe, supportive environment, integrating awareness and grounding practices throughout the process.

Our cultural program reconnects American Indian and Alaska Native relatives with identity, tradition, and community. Through teachings, talking circles, cultural activities, and values-based practices, we support healing that honors ancestral knowledge and strengthens cultural belonging.
