    Che Jim, Thundermaker's CMO, was asked to coach the 1st Annual Indigenous Girls Celebrity Flag Football Game in New Orleans, LA.

    Thundermaker Wellness attended the 4th annual Yavapai Mental Health Conference: Exploring Dimensions of Wellness. We were able to listen to amazing presenters, make connections, and have some fun.

    September 7-12, 2025

    Thundermaker team members joined the week-long NIHB National Tribal Health Conference. The conference showcased the interconnectedness of policy, advocacy, and Indian health best practices. Che Jim, Thundermaker’s CMO, was asked to speak on MMIW/MMIP.

    Thundermaker leaders and relatives traveled to the Chemehuevi Gathering of Native Americans (GONA), where they took part in talking circles and held space for collective healing.

    In a gesture of cultural reverence and community care, Thundermaker leaders were called upon to provide ceremony for Cherokee elders. The gathering centered on healing, wellbeing, and the continuation of traditions that honor Indigenous resilience and kinship.

    Hunter Thundercloud, founder of Thundermaker, traveled to Valley Center, California to take part in a native community golf tournament. In addition to showing his support, Thundercloud contributed raffle items, with proceeds benefitting the Native Youth Foundation.

    Not all injuries are visible, and not all addictions are rooted the same. Thundermaker attende the Arizona State Tribal Veteran Symposium, supporting and advocating veterans and their needs within the behavioral health field.
