Caprice Garcia

Caprice Garcia is the Chief Operating Officer of Thundermaker Wellness Center. She is set to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Addiction Counseling from Ottawa University in Fall 2025, bringing her academic pursuits into alignment with her passion for behavioral health. Over the past five years, she has honed her expertise in the behavioral health field, specializing in licensing and accreditation, clinical operations, program development, and community outreach.

An inducted member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Caprice is also an active leader within the nonprofit sector, currently holding a board position. She has been a dedicated advocate for behavioral health with the Maricopa Attorney’s Office and local non-profit agencies, frequently invited to share her insights through training and presentations.

Caprice is excited to be part of the Thundermaker team, and looks forward to the impact that we are going to make.
